Allergen and Food Safety

A special diet statement is required in order to make accommodations on our menus. If your student has a food allergy or tolerance, please fill out the "Special Diet Statement" below and return it to the school office as soon as possible.

Please note that posted menus may contain one or more of the following ingredients: milk, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, or sunflower.
