 SCHEDULE:

Teacher Master Agreement

School Calendar (Beginning of school through November)

Full time; 8.5 hour/day


REPORTS TO: MS/HS Principal
SUPERVISION: None

SALARY: $282.00 per day

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required

  • Current MN teaching license or ability to obtain one.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Demonstrate knowledge of content and pedagogy

Demonstrate knowledge of students

Select instructional goals

Demonstrate knowledge of resources

Design and deliver coherent instruction

Assess student learning

Classroom Environment

  • Create an environment of respect and rapport
  • Establish a culture for learning
  • Manage classroom procedures
  • Manage student behavior
  • Organize physical space

Instructional Interaction

  • Communicate clearly and accurately
  • Use questioning and discussion techniques
  • Engage students in learning
